Tammika Waddy, affectionately known as "Meeka Peeka," is the founder and CEO of Urban Management, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in residential property management, real estate sales, and leasing, she is passionate about helping individuals and families in Maryland and DC achieve housing stability and build generational wealth.

Before launching Urban Management, Tammika served as Vice President of Leasing at Quasar Property Management & Real Estate LLC, where she developed and implemented strategic leasing plans, collaborated with property managers, analyzed market trends, and oversaw day-to-day operations to ensure positive outcomes for residents and stakeholders.

Tammika is also a proud member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Washington Metro Chapter, and is currently enrolled in the M-100 course to earn her CMCA certification—an important step toward advancing her credentials to AMS and PCAM designations.
